It isn’t often that you get a chance to hear Ben Bridwell’s voice devoid of reverb, but, hey, the Band of Horses frontman and co. broke out their cigar box guitar for this unplugged take on Cease to Begin’s “Ode to LRC” in the back of an echo-less London cab last week. Black Cab’s description says the pair are “very hungover,” and if anything, that adds a bit of welcome color to the intimate, morning-after vibe. Watch it above.
