Per a description below this video (via So Much Silence), Njal and Elin, a couple from Norway who got engaged at a Band of Horses concert in Oslo earlier this year, sent their story along to Ben Bridwell and Co. ahead of their wedding date, which happened to coincide with the band’s slot at Dognvillfestivalen in Tromsø, Norway.
With all the coincidences surrounding the wedding, the band said, “What the hell” and decided to surprise the couple. The band showed up minutes after landing in Tromso to play “Marry Song” at their ceremony.
Now I’m not sure which is more adorbs: Bridwell hugging Eddie Vedder or giving the thumbs up to a couple just before their vows.
