Local Natives’ 2010 rise rolls on into 2011 with this month’s amazing “Take Away Show”, a string of tour dates opening for Arcade Fire, and a huge show this weekend at the Frank Gehry-designed Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles. Ahead of the lattermost event, the harmonizing quintet stopped by KCRW the other day, performing some new arrangements for a 44-minute set accompanied by a Disney Hall-ready string quartet.
