Perhaps, like myself, you found the blue Yeti and appearance of Mad Men’s Jon Hamm in the debut video from Herman Dune’s new album, Strange Moosic, a bit distracting from the tune that clip was meant to showcase, but the poignantly simple “Tell Me Something I Don’t Know” shines quite well in the spotlight of live television — especially its extended instrumental intro. While I haven’t heard the full LP yet, a 4-track teaser EP on iTunes suggests an impressive release is on the way from the French duo. Here they are on Culturebox this week.
