As with the title track off their forthcoming record, American Goldwing, Blitzen Trapper’s new free preview, “Love the Way You Walk Away,” wears its influences on its sleeve — the most obvious being the Band and, to these ears, a hint of Jerry Garcia in Eric Earley’s country-inflected vocals (hence the “Brokedown Palace” reference).
