Today, comedian/musician Tim Heidecker cited our May article about the rumor of a 14-minute Titanic song on the next Bob Dylan record, Tempest. Inspired by the potential for a “Joey”-esque historical tune coming soon, he beat the great songwriter to the punch with his own musical retelling of the tragedy. The result is incredibly entertaining for anyone familiar with this type of Dylan fare, complete with a solid vocal impression and melody lifted from said Desire epic.
