When it comes to official videos, Alabama Shakes cut to the chase by putting their undeniable stage chemistry on display. In fact, these in-studio performances are so consistent with the spirit of the Shakes’ debut LP, it can take a second to notice everything’s live. “Hold On” (and the whole session it was plucked from) would be tough to top, but today’s “I Ain’t the Same” makes it worth checking out a fresh angle, thanks to Konk Studios, a London facility co-founded by the Kinks’ Ray and Dave Davies.
