Holly Miranda Nobody Sees Me Like You Do“Nobody Sees Me Like You Do” is a song from Yoko Ono’s Season of Glass, the solo record she released just months following John Lennon’s death. As with the rest of the 1981 LP, this track is steeped in grief, lovely yet so, so bittersweet. Holly Miranda’s version —  released 30 years later on the Choose to See covers EP and as a B-side to her original single “Forest Green, Oh Forest Green” —  has long been a favorite around here. A video of Miranda performing it for the first time solo and unplugged at an intimate show for Sofar Sounds surfaced recently. Complete with banter over having to sing the instrumental parts, it’s a fine reminder of and complement to her multi-layered official take. Check it out above and revisit the studio recording below:
