As noted when we first heard “Waiting” in May, the lo-fi home recording and backstory of Alice Boman’s debut EP getting saved from the demo-cutting room floor managed to draw us even closer to these tunes. Here’s an example, though, of its emotion coming through in the more polished setting of Sweden’s Studio Möllan. Gone are the tape hiss, random clicks, and creaky charm of Skisser, but what remains is proof the forlorn intimacy of this cut could hold true just about anywhere. Watch it above.
