Normally I wouldn’t take the bait of a new single EP backed by remixes, but we’d be remiss not returning to this slice of Junip in fine form. José González and his pre-solo-career bandmates make a great case for their sophomore set getting the self-titled treatment on “Walking Lightly,” where honeyed vocals, percussion, and further flourishes present them as the tight-knit, matured trio they’ve been since before “Heartbeats” took off.
