Our first dose of official news from PJ Harvey partially confirming Mick Harvey’s statement that her next album and tour is on the way for February 2011 hit the wires over the weekend: New tour dates — albeit only in Europe so far — were unveiled on her website.
Performing live with a band that includes Mick Harvey (of course), John Parish, and drummer Jean-Marc Butty, Polly Jean and friends will hit Brussels, Berlin, Paris, and London before the painfully short string of dates is up. (Here’s hoping these are just warm-up gigs for a larger jaunt next spring.) Those living in or visiting Europe next winter might want to check out the ticket info below.
