On Friday night, Sufjan brought both his new single, “Too Much,” and new-found public dance chops to Fallon for his national TV debut. And now a rare, Deborah Johnson-directed official video arrives (via Pitchfork/Guardian) for the same tune, featuring some spastic, occasionally jarring visuals (monkey, giraffe, devil masks, etc.) that mirror the tune’s sonic landscape well. Suffice to say, this is a much less twee affair than Sufjan’s last music video outing.
