Black Keys Unveil Project w/ Ludacris, RZA, Raekwon, Mos Def, and Q-Tip

Just when I thought all the cats were out of their respective bags for this year’s epic collaborations, Blakroc arrived tonight. And as The Bus Stop notes, we better prepare for the news beast pig pile. Blakroc is a collaboration between the Black Keys, Ludacris, RZA, Raekwon, Mos Def, the late Ol’ Dirty Bastard, Pharaohe, and Q-Tip, Billboard reports (via The Daily Swarm). Their debut/prolly last album is set to drop the day after Thanksgiving, aka “Black Friday.”

According to Donewaiting.com, the Black Keys have produced the project and it will be released on a label formed by Damon Dash and the Keys’ management.

Don’t believe me? Check out the video teaser (logo and vid are creepily similar to supergroup Chickenfoot) on the official Blakroc site here.
