Watch Karen O & Spike Jonze: Making the Where the Wild Things Are Soundtrack

Karen O’s über-hyped Where the Wild Things Are soundtrack is already available to be streamed in full, but that doesn’t mean we’re done freaking out over the project, which includes Dead Weather members Dean Fertita, Jack “Little Jack” Lawrence, and fellow Yeah Yeah Yeahs members Nick Zinner and Brian Chase.

In a fun behind-the-scenes video, which just dropped, Jonze and O give a glimpse into the making of the project, billed as Karen O And The Kids. The soundtrack was highly inspired by the Langley Schools Music Project, a critically acclaimed album of David Bowie, Beach Boys, Fleetwood Mac, and other covers recorded by Canadian school children.
