In addition to the first-ever live performance of her New Moon song “Possibility,” Lykke Li performed 5 cuts off her sophomore LP, Wounded Rhymes, and one brand new cover tune for MTV’s Unplugged this week: “Velvet,” the 2009 single off London duo The Big Pink’s debut, A Brief History of Love. “I really relate to the lyrics,” said Li of the song, “and felt that there was a power ballad somewhere in there, so I decided to bring it out.”
