Okay, it’s been Dylan city around here the past few days, sure, but Bob’s son Jakob just put up his excellent new album Women and Country to stream for free and I’d be remiss in not sharing it. As we previously reported, the record was produced by the infallible T Bone Burnett and features guest performances by Neko Case, Kelly Hogan, and (a guitar player we’ll be seeing live later this week) Marc Ribot.
I’ve only streamed Women and Country once, but so far it’s shaping up to be my favorite album from the Wallflowers frontman, save for his breakthrough, Bringing Down the Horse perhaps.
