In addition to performances by Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon, Shara Worden, Little Scream and many others (videos), the National performed a set at the Bryce Dessner-led MusicNOW concert last week, including one of the band’s first live takes on their excellent Portal 2 theme song, “Exile Vilify,” backed by trumpet, trombone, and a little help on violin from Owen Pallett.
