Saturday Night Live has announced the musical guests and hosts for the next two Saturdays: The Rock with Ray LaMontagne on March 7 and Tracy Morgan with Kelly Clarkson on March 14.
LaMontagne finally got the attention of the show’s producers when his third album Gossip in the Grain debuted at #3 on the U.S. Billboard charts. It will be LaMontagne’s first appearance on SNL, but Clarkson has appeared once before in 2005, performing hits “Since U Been Gone” and “Breakaway.” Clarkson, the winner of the first American Idol, will be celebrating the release of her fourth album All I Ever Wanted, which drops on March 10.
