If you’re going to talk trash about Tom Cruise, don’t stay at the same hotel as him. Oasis’ Liam Gallagher was staying at the same Regent Hotel in Germany as Tom Cruise, when the pair crossed paths recently. Cruise was not one to forget Gallagher’s comments in the documentary Lord Don’t Slow Me Down:
“I hate Tom Cruise. I can’t stand that small bastard – him and Michael Owen,” Gallagher steamed.
Daily Star reports, Cruise confronted Gallagher in an awkward, smiley meeting. “For the first time in his life, Liam was lost for words,” a source said.
Cruise has been on a comeback publicity tour, promoting his new movie Valkyrie and returning to the Today show where he had a contentious interview with Matt Lauer in 2005.
I doubt Tom Cruise is the first person to confront Liam Gallagher for one of his rants, but I’ll bet he’s one of the shorter people to do so. Oh no, now I better look out.
