I make an effort to avoid parrot-blogging things like tour dates around here, but this time it’s different: While Arcade Fire haven’t toured North America since 2007 and Belle and Sebastian haven’t performed publicly on this side of the Atlantic since 2006, all this will change in coming months…
Matador Records and Belleandsebastian.com announced some relatively rare upcoming performances today by our “suburban” friends and a certain Glaswegian indie-pop ensemble. Now’s a good time to start plotting your summer/fall concert plans (if you haven’t begun already). Did I mention that the National have a September/October road trip planned as well? Well, they do.
