Of all the bands to reunite of late, I can’t think of one that has appeared as endearingly thrilled with the decision as Travis Morrison and the Dismemberment Plan on Fallon tonight. Ahead of a short string of live dates and reissue of Emergency & I, the Washington, D.C. quartet played inspired renditions of “The City” and “What Do You Want Me to Say” for the Late Night crowd moments ago, much to the delight of longtime fans (like myself) and newcomers.
