With a little help from Arcade Fire’s Richard Reed Parry (who co-produced the LP) and the National’s Aaron Dessner (who contributed some “sparkly guitar”), Laurel Sprengelmeyer-led Montreal band Little Scream’s excellent 10-track debut, The Golden Record, will drop on April 12. Now — in case you thought the first single’s magic was limited to the studio — a live performance has arrived featuring Sprengelmeyer and friends singing themselves warm in a frosty car to the tune of “The Heron and the Fox.” Enjoy the excellent clip above (via Gorilla Vs.
