Fleet Foxes Unveil New Song, Charity Auction

In the past month or so, Robin Pecknold’s Twitter updates have been a great resource for free solo jams, Simpsons GIFs, album art previews, and now a link to an important eBay auction. Pecknold and Fleet Foxes have put a test pressing of their sophomore record up for auction with all proceeds being sent to the Japan Earthquake Relief Fund. Given that the album won’t reach our ears in full until May 3, the winning bidder just might be one of the first fans to hear the highly-anticipated follow-up to their excellent debut in addition to helping victims of Japan’s ongoing catastrophe.
