“Lack of a Lake” is still my favorite cut off Jessica Jalbert’s new album, Brother Loyola, but a close second would have to be “Paris Green,” which trades the former’s bright, tightly-knit guitar work with unhinged, feedback-laced flourishes. The tune’s official video (above) arrived this week, directed and beautifully shot by Mike Robertson in various wooded settings in St. Albert and Edmonton, Alberta.
