Yeah Yeahs Yeahs have been a regular musical guest on Letterman’s Late Show for a decade now, having performed cuts off their every release (aside from the first EP) since the early ’00s. That includes the following clips for ’03 Fever To Tell singles “Y Control” and “Date with the Night,” Show Your Bones single “Gold Lion,” It’s Blitz! cut “Zero,” and “Down Boy” from a personal-favorite YYYs release, the Is Is EP. They killed it each time as a trio, but tonight Karen O shared the burden of tearing the roof off the Ed Sullivan Theater with Broadway Inspirational Voices, who provided gospel backing to Mosquito single “Sacrilege.” Check it out above, and hear the record in full along with commentary from the band below:
