Jack White’s solo album is now in the rearview mirror with the Kills’ last record a year behind it, so the timing is perfect for the return of the Dead Weather. We knew they were recording in Nashville at White’s Third Man Records, but now we have word on what they’re building in there: a series of double singles over the next 14 months, followed by a full-length album due for 2015. “These songs are not throw-aways,” the band emphasized in an announcement this week. “These songs are not demos.
