Produced by\u00a0Joe Henry, much\u00a0of <em>The Traveling Kind<\/em> was recorded\u00a0in under a week &#8212; not a surprising feat when you consider Harris,\u00a0Crowell, and co.&#8217;s talent for turning even live performances into classic, record-ready moments.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Among the set&#8217;s eleven cuts are six original cuts they penned themselves (with a little help from talented friends\u00a0Mary Carr, Cory Chisel, Will Jennings, and Larry Klein), as well as a Lucinda Williams and\u00a0Amy Allison covers.<\/p>\n<p>Our first taste is the lovely title track above.
