\"HatfieldsIn one of the more interesting moves of his career over the past few years, Kevin Costner has written and performed almost the entire soundtrack to a new series on the infamous\u00a0Hatfield\u2013McCoy feud of the late-19th century between rival families in West Virginia and Kentucky. The movie itself, which co-stars Bill Paxton along with Costner, is dubbed simply Hatfields & McCoys<\/em>, but his soundtrack arrives with a much more evocative title:\u00a0Famous For Killing Each Other<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The set features 19 cuts, all but one of which credited to Costner and his backup band, the\u00a0Modern West. A duet with Sara Beck called\u00a0“I Know These Hills” has been catching viewers’ attention in particular, but there’s plenty more to love on this one.<\/p>\n
