Update: Cop Fired After Urinating on Metallica Fan

Records have finally been released about the police officer that was caught urinating on a fellow fan at a Metallica concert, including some strange details about his drunken night of heavy metal and lewd behavior.

Officer Joseph Houston pre-gamed Metallica’s January 18 Boston show by downing six beers with his two brothers and another off duty cop. By the time the group arrived at the concert, Houston was “obviously drunk,” according to witnesses. Cape Cod Times reports Houston told a member of the family sitting nearby that his girlfriend was “hot,” adding “You’re just average. I’m average, too, so hey good for you.”

Then the lights went out. The man said he saw Houston urinating on the back of his seat and noticed his clothes were also wet. When he asked Houston’s brothers to rein in their brother, “he saw the officer was leaning toward the family with his penis exposed.”

Houston tried to prevent MBTA officers from ejecting him from the concert by flashing his badge, but to no avail. The Brewster Police Department won’t comment on whether Houston was fired, but an ad for a new officer has been posted and Chief Richard Koch told Cape Cod Times he is no longer on the payroll, so you can do the math.
