A few random, one-off songs aside, the latter half of the past five years of waiting for the next Fiona Apple has had fans like myself worried that she had perhaps moved on from releasing full-length records. Until last month, that is, when we unearthed news that at least one more LP is in the can and possibly set for release next spring. Furthermore, one viewing of this recent clip, in which Fiona discusses her lifelong passion for making music in Andrew Zuckerman’s new photo/video book, and it’s safe to say we’ll be getting excellent tunes from one of my favorite singer-songwriters for years to come.
